I am in the ROTC at my university and wear these in my cartilage piercings to keep them open and they are AMAZING!!!! I’ve asked multiple people if they notice them and every time they say they can’t even see them. One thing to be careful of is to make sure they fit how healed your piercing is because the backs aren’t always the most sturdy.

The Navy now allows men to have piercings, except while in uniform.. so these things will keep your ears from closing. I’ve worn them for awhile and no one notices. I’ve asked close higher ups if they have noticed and none of them do unless they look real close. I’m pierced at 16g and they stay in place. When you put them in use saline to wet your holes so they slip through easy. Anyone whose cracked them are stupid. They aren’t metal. It’s plastic. Just be careful. If my meaty bear mitt hands can handle it anyone can.

I don’t know how but I managed to get the ball part stuck inside my lip. Not a fun experience. Hurt like a bitch popping that sucker back out. The panic attack that followed really killed the mood as it happened while making out with my boyfriend :/ Other than that works great! Hardly noticeable! I wear them for work:)

I ordered these with the image of three sizes that come in the variety pack. Only two sizes came in, one is too big and the other is too small. I bought these for a Medusa piercing. I wear the big one but it’s pretty obvious.. I would definitely have given 5 stars if they supplied the right size.

Used these for my brother in JROTC to hide his piercing and it worked perfectly. The plastic looks like a blemish and even helped his traumatized piercing calm down and heal again.

The push pins are a little bigger than the end of a safety pin! They bend even if you can see the pin to pick it up!
