Fully Locking Jewelry Armoire Jewelry Organizer

The jewelry armoire comes nearly fully assembled. There is very little to do to bring it to completion. It holds all of my jewelry and belongings very nicely. I find the locking mechanism to be highly functional. There are two points to note. The drawers do not have supporting sliding hardware. Therefore, when you open the drawer, you do need to hold it. Also, it is lined with a corse linen like fabric. I will probably add additional liner. Even with these two notes, I find it to be a very great value, and I’m pleased with my purchase!

I purchased it for my elderly Mother after hers was damaged in a home robbery. It was beautiful and well made. I loved that enclosed in the package was a card that you could receive a beautiful keyring with a cute little bee on it. We put the key to the jewelry box on the beautiful keyring! Perfect!

Beautiful armoire. The lock will not lock and allow the key to be removed. Will have to have someone disassemble the lock to try to fix.

I purchased an unopened item -- packing damaged -- item at a greatly reduced price. The packaging was damaged, but the armoire was well protected due to a substantial amount of packing material on the inside. The price of this item when I bought it was $441.00 and I am glad I did not pay that. While the armoire does have some wood, a great portion of it is MDF. It is a nice-looking piece of furniture and assembles easily--I am a 70-year-old woman, and it took me about an hour to unpack and assemble, by myself. The mirrored top does not align correctly, but it might only be 1/32" off; this misalignment is at the back and is not visible when looking at the cabinet from the front. I can live with that. There is probably a 3/16" gap between the doors, again, also tolerable. All drawers are MDF and they are lined with a linen-type fabric. The back is fiberboard with a "wood-look" vinyl covering. The locking mechanism is a little tricky at first; I could not get the key out of the lock in the "locked" position at first. That seems to be ok, now. Today the selling price is $346.00. I would not pay that price for this piece. Note, the description of the item does not state the materials that were used to manufacture this piece, that is the reason for this detailed review.

I was looking for an armoire with enough storage to organize my jewelry so I can easily select what to wear and that can lock all drawers, not just the top lid. This product does all that. Box came with some damage at the corner. Product is heavy to carry up a flight of stairs. When I opened the box found a crack at the bottom corner of the armoire. It also had a problem with the locking mechanism. The key could not be removed when the box is locked. I opened a ticket with the manufacturer and they are super helpful - great customer service. They were able to help me resolve the issue with the locking mechanism. To resolve the crack they said I would have to return the product and have it exchanged. Since it is too much trouble to repack and haul the product down the stairs and ship back to Amazon, I decided to keep it. You will not notice the crack unless you know where it is. The crack does not affect the functionality of the armoire. Overall I am happy with this armoire. I have enough storage to organize my jewelry and keep it in lock and key.

I got this for a friend and she is in love with it and its very easy to put together. It is heavy not too bad but got a nice workout getting it up stairs than back down( driver left it on the bottom of the stairs instead of by the door) locks well but a bit of pressure will unlock it. But still would recommend just because it is beautiful and does what its supposed too(other than the lousy lock)

The main reason I bought this was I was searching for a jewelry cabinet that was locking. Due to the poor design of the cabinet the top lid does not line up properly with the holes when installed thus making the locking mechanism unable to engage. The main reason I purchased this product is unusable. Also it is not a terribly quality product overall-the bottom drawer does not close all the way. Very disappointed.

We spent a good week searching for jewelry armoire's, and its almost impossible to find one with a locking mechanism that's not completly useless/for aesthetic purposes only. On top of that, the design of this armorie is such that you can padlock the front, giving an additional layer of security. We always do that when we'll be traveling for a while. The build quality of this thing is robust, with solid wood throughout, and nothing squeeks/wobbles as you often see with furniture from places like Ikea.Don't know how we would be managing our jewelry without this!
