I purchased 4, one for me and the other 3 for my sisters. I thought these were super cute. Unfortunately after a couple of hours the charm (hook came off) fell off on one of them and then an hour later another charm fell off on my other sisters. I just wanted people to double check that their charm hooks are on good.Thanks SR
