It took me until I was 40 to get diagnosed so ADHD awareness is very important to me. I chose the clasping version hoping it will last longer than the stretchy version. The orange cat eye beads alternate with silver beads and are threaded on silver wire. The charm appears to be stainless steel with the image on one side. There were no noticeable flaws and it seems sturdy.This fit me well clasped on the tightest available loop. I have thicker wrists for a woman (5 ft 11”) so it could be too large for some.
