I ordered this as a gift for a very girly friend who loves pink and flowers, and I think she'll love it! I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came in a nice pink gift box with a roses-and-leaves print - perfect for this case. The rose-shaped snaps are very cute, and I like the way you can unsnap the strap from either end. I did notice that the little earring panels in the middle layer were glued into their slots, which would make it hard to get earrings into and out of them, so I gently wiggled them until they pulled loose and then put them back in their slots. I think the gluing must have been a manufacturing mistake. The lining fabric is decent - not the most plush, but not rough or too cheap-feeling like some I've seen. I like that there are lots of small compartments, as well as a ring roll section and the necklace hooks & pouch in the lid. My one suggestion would be to add a covering panel over the four little compartments in the middle layer, as the space under the lid means anything stored in them that isn't attached to the earring panels will go flying during travel. I'm going to add a little velvet cushion to my gift so my friend can use it to cover those compartments if she wants to. Overall though, I'm very pleased with this and looking forward to giving it to her!

Our granddaughter flies each school break from the east coast to spend time with her other parent. She is now a teenager and starting to wear jewelry. She also belongs to a martial arts club that attends several competitions each year, some out of state. This is a nice little travel size jewelry box that will fit in both a suitcase and backpack. It holds just a few pieces for a short stay, or is large enough for several of her favorites pieces to have with her when going for the summer. I like that it has 3 separate areas and the way it has 2 snaps to keep it closed better. The color is a nice peach with off white fuzzy lining. The only complaint is that the dividers on the top level are glued in place, like another buyer mentioned, but like her, I will fix that before I wrap the gift. I would definitely recommend this jewelry box and may order another one.
