Can't believe I almost passed this over. The product photo made me think of cheap shopping mall jewelry that Goth teenagers might be attracted to, but photos don't do it justice. It is a special and unique creation. A few things you need to know. - this is not a natural crystal point, but crystal carved into a pendulum point shape - still very attractive and powerful. I went for the rose quartz because I love its juxtaposition against the faceted onyx accent. The onyx has a way of picking up the colors that surround it and almost looks like a very deep red as a result. This strange effect will likely happen in keeping with your choice of crystal as well. The setting at first glance looks like is wire wrapped, but it is a cast molding from a wire-wrap template - however the cast is well done. Also an excellent box presentation and I liked the purple satin gift sac that came with. What I was not crazy about was the selection of chain that was paired with it. The white metal chain clashes with the antiqued copper color setting and in my opinion was not long enough. I dug up a gold-tone chain that I think is a better match.
