To ensure the longevity of this protection you should never use abrasive cleaning products as they will damage the coating. You should also make sure your pendant does not come into contact with harsh household chemicals such as bleach, ammonia, or chlorine. If you notice any dirt build up over time you can simply wash the jewelry in a mild dish soap, dry off (do not use anything abrasive) and then shine up with a microfiber cloth - like the ones you get with eyeglasses. As with all fine jewelry, it is highly recommended to not wear your jewelry while showering or swimming - harsh chemicals can damage your jewelry. |

The cross is well made and chain looks great with it! I had it inscribed for my grandson who is going into high school. It's not fancy and he loved it! The only negative was that the 14 karat gold marking is in the middle of the back of the cross. We did find a way around it; but, if you could put the symbol at the bottom, it would look more coherent . Just a small adjustment would be huge!!

The cross is beautifully designed and very attractive. I really enjoy wearing this fine jewelry. The gold cross and chain have a very nice sheen. I am very pleased with my purchase. I am more pleased with the Heartland company itself. I had purchased the silver cross and chain first. The product had turned gray and unattractive, but we found through excellent help from Heartland that zinc in my medication had caused the problem. With out question the company took the product back and gave me a full refund. That is the reason I purchased the gold cross.
