I'm very happy with this bracelet! It's a great alternative to necklaces and looks very high quality. The customization came out beautifully.I have very small wrists, so the bangle falls halfway down my forearm, but that happens to me with most bracelets- just something to be aware of. I may end up buying a smaller band bc I'm afraid it may fall off.Also, since the ashes go in on the side of the heart, it makes the heart "reversible". This is great for times that you might want to wear the ashes, but not deal with the questions that come when someone sees a name engraved.The chamber that holds the ashes is also almost the entirety of the heart, which I love. I've bought quite a few pieces and many of them only have the space directly underneath the screw to hold the ashes. For whatever reason, I prefer having the whole space filled, so this was good for me.Am very happy with this purchase. There were shipping issues due to COVID, but the seller helped me out with that. Would 1000000% recommend

I bought this bracelet for my mom for her dogs ashes and my mom loved the bracelet , but when she tried it on, it broke. I could not reach the seller and the deadline was past to return, so I posted a 1 star rating and explained what had happened on the review and the seller reached out to me immediately and sent out another replacement bracelet. I'm resubmitting my review and I would definitely buy from this seller again and I would recommend this bracelet to others. It's simple and very pretty.

There is no way to make the bracelet smaller. Was too big for my wrist but I loved that I could wear everyday with my other bracelets. I will have to find a way to make it smaller so I can wear it alone. A nice bracelet

(I tried contacting the seller before writing this review). I finally got my brother's ashes, and I was so happy to use this band.The part where the ashes go, is not secure and slides back and forth constantly on the band. The band will not stay latched together, causing the ash cannisters to fall on the ground when the band falls off your arm. So now, I can't wear this because I'm afraid it will bust open when it hits the ground. I'm guessing I should have spent more time getting a better made item.
