Update as of 06/20/2019I previously wrote a review on this item and gave them a 1 star because the chain of my neckless broke after a couple of days. However, the 3 stars I am giving today is from their customer service. As soon as they found out about the broken chain, they contacted me and replaced it right away. Thank you for wonderful customer service. I do appreciate it. I do like my new neckless.This is super cute as my kids purchased it for mother's day. However, the chain broker after 2 days. It's very fragile and not worth the money.

Chain is missing the end piece where clasp is suppose to attach. Unfortunately, this caused my negative review. Can’t close properly so can’t wear the item unless I pay to get it fixed. Such a shame because it is a pretty chain overall.

The gold one looks a little fake. I bet this would look better in silver. I never really wear it because it looks cheap, and the heart is thin.
