My wife has worn this multiple times so it is something that she is proud to wear beyond just acknowledging a gift. It has a lovely luster and the chain is a quality construction and perfect length. It's not too short like some of the dainty necklaces that only come with a 16" chain and end up wearing nearly like a choker. I got the February amethyst. The color is bright and has a nice purple/pink hue. This sparkly piece has a quality feel at a price that feels appropriate.
