2. Pour the ashes into funnel,use the stainless steel pin guide the remains into the pendant.
3: Put the screws back on the pendant.

I like that this product doesn't look like what it is/or could be used for. It just looks like a nice piece of jewelry. The chain it comes with is okay, but nothing special. The "urn" could be worn as a necklace or hung from the chain on your car rearview mirror or anywhere really. This way you can always have a little piece of your beloved pet or loved one, who has passed on, near you. It comes with instructions and the tiniest funnel and push rod to help install the ashes inside the "urn". If the idea of putting ashes in it is not to your liking, you could still put a bit of your pet or loved one's hair inside it. Maybe a cat or dog's whisker. Or not even use it as intended and just wear it as a pendant. It looks nice enough to do just that.
