I did read the description that it was about 7 inches and I am 8 inches but decided to give it a try to see if it could stretch a bit more but it is too tight around my wrist and does hurt. Not a waste though because I can give to my fiance who has a smaller wrist. Wishing you made them bigger size though cause I would have loved to buy more sets for myself.
