I bought a small 18” Great product.It’s fire 🔥 nice.Return to get a bigger 22”.Still waiting for a week ago.I messaged Saler 4 days myself & Amazon a couple times as well.Horrible,ridiculous and beyond disappointing when I spend 2 time the price on the 2nd chain.No communication from saler no customer service at all.They care about that $$ then Customer service.Oh yea thank you 🙏🏽 to the salerand I found it Cheaper In JCpenny online. JCpenny matched online price for $180. lol thank you again.Amazon customer service helped me every way possible. Thank you Amazon!Is why I am a PRIMEMEMBER FOR YEARS.!!!

Chain looks nice but i only bought this back in April and already lost the black color not very happy and the exchange policy it’s only one month , and it says lifetime warranty and i even can get and exchange it says warranty policy its only for 30 days .

It was a birthday gift for a friend, the clasp broke next day, the black oxide stained his neck, save your money,I doubt is silver!
