I hade to replace my Citizen leather strap after a couple years the leather started to deteriorate on the inside. I knew I wanted to maintain the “handmade” brown leather strap and I looked at a variety of straps. I wanted the thicker style but some other brands had an extra-large buckle and I chose the OliBoPo because it had an underrated silver buckle similar to the original strap. I wondered if the thicker strap would be flexible or bite into my wrist but it was quite flexible and comfortable. I had another dive watch with a rubber strap and despite rolling it to break it in, it gouged my wrist and I returned it. This strap is comfortable from the start, like I’d already worn it in. I like the white stitching with the reinforced stitches near the watch face end, for a slightly more retro or handmade style. The strap cake with the 21mm pins and a metal tool to help compress and guide the pins in. My watch claimed it was a 23mm strap but I measured the width of the opening on the watch and it was 21mm so that what I ordered. 23mm wouldn’t have fit between the watch prongs so while I hesitated to ignore the manufacture specs, a ruler said otherwise and the new strap fits perfectly. Very nice quality and happy with the strap. Some straps cost twice as much and I thought I would try this strap for half the price since it had many good reviews. Glad I did. I expect it will last as long as the original Citizen strap so glad to have found this option. I would order again at this point, happy with the quality of the leather strap.

I was a little skeptical about the quality of this watch strap when I purchased it based on the price, but it's actually quite nice. The leather arrived a little dry, but a quick swipe with some mink oil brought it back to life. The strap has a good thickness, and it's soft enough that it broke in quickly. The brown is fairly light in color, so it's pretty strikingly different looking on my khaki faced pilot watch. I'd buy this again, but I wish it was offered in a darker brown as well. I'd pick up both. I'm not going with five stars because the leather was pretty dry, but overall, this is a great value in a replacement watchband.Updated 5/10/2023I'm upgrading this review to 5 stars because this watch band is lasting a long time. The quality is proving to be really good.

It states that it is genuine leather so we will see what it looks like in about six months. The initial quality seems to be alright! I have the blue dial Casio Duro and it looks amazing on it! If it lasts longer than six months I’ll change my review to 5 stars.

I wanted a black leather watch strap to replace a NATO strap (just to change things up), but couldn't decide which one to choose. So I picked 4, thinking that I'd keep the best one and return the rest. This one (OliBoPo) was by far my favorite. The fact that it was much cheaper than the others was a bonus. The more expensive ones cost $25 and $29 (because they were top grain leather rather than simply genuine leather), but I found them aesthetically less pleasoing than the OliBoPo.Pros:Very modern and masculine appearance. I attribute this to several features: a) There is no stitching along the sides, just straight cuts. This suits my particular aesthetics. b) There is hardly any tapering--it is 22mm wide where the bands attach to the watch, and 20mm wide at the tip and at the buckle. c) It has a nice thickness (3mm), more so than the other bands. Despite this, it doesn't feel stiff. d) The surface is matte black, not shiny. e) The buckle is more squared off rather than rounded. The metal is brushed, not polished.I am no expert on leather, but some of my observations:It smells nice (like leather), without any chemical smell. The black dye looks rich, saturated, and evenly applied.I like the texture.I've only owned this for a few weeks so cannot speak to its durability, but at this low price, it'd be very inexpensive to replace if it ever fell apart.

Ordered the silver buckle/brown. Shipping was prompt. Packing simplistic but expected at this price point. Color is true to image provided on amazon.com and less shiny, which i prefer. Construction quality looks good with even stitching throughout and symmetric buttonholes. The leather is very, very thick, especially compared to other straps I've bought at this price point. Would be a great strap for casual watches - looks great on my dive watch. The free spring bar tool is also very handy and easy to use, although the pictures online are somewhat misleading- it comes with 2 spring bars total, inside the strap, there are not 2 extra included with the tool. Excited to see how this looks with age.

So, I'm not sure if this is the way vintage leather is supposed to be, but see how the weather is already discolored and looks like it's stretching? This happened the first time I put it on. Oh and it seems the spring bars that it came with we're too wide. I made it fit on my IWC lol...probably shouldn't have done that but lug width is 21mm the strap is 21mm but I believe the spring bars are 22mm. You can screw up a nice watch with that so be aware. It's still holding up so we'll see. The leather is soft and supple, but I don't know if that means it's weak and will break. It doesn't feel very sturdy... comfortable, yes. So I don't know how the durability is going to be.Update: less than a month after purchase, some stitching came off.

21mm is an odd size for a watch strap, but this delivers by meeting that odd size, but also being very supple, soft, and flexible (all of the things that the OEM strap from Orient fail to do). It's easy to install, it comes with spring bars already installed, and even comes with a spring bar tool. The spring bar tool isn't the best, but it will get you by and is a thoughtful addition.Shipping was fast and it arrived as expected, no complaints at all.

Iv bought a few good 10 dollars straps from Ammy, but this ain't one of them. Paper thin and flimsy.
