I bought these for my girlfriend who loved them.they are very light weight.if you need a comparison think pop can aluminum.they are just no where near as flexible.the quality is great along with the paint.i read several people didnt like the paint because they were for a better word rustic looking.she likes that look and honestly idk why you wouldnt want something like that in this type of jelwery. Idk jack about womens jewlery other then how it looks and what i find attractive but as far as size these hang closer to the shoulder.they are VERY noticable.shes had these less then 2 weeks and with the holiday season we have been around more people then normal and ive personally heard multible compliments etc.her only gripe ive got is the part that actually attaches to your ear is rough and causes her ears to become sore(she has metal allergys) she fixed the roughness with a nail file and the allergy part with clear nail polish.

The earrings are unique and very attractive. The feather, main part of the earring is place on the earring hook and held there by a small gold ball. It allows the feather to stay on the hook and have gentle movement. One of the earrings did not have the tiny ball which held the feather on the earring hook. As soon as I put the earrings on, the one without the tiny ball had the feather fall off. My husband fixed the problem by tightening the hook which held the feather on the hook. The feather does not fall off but it does not move when my head moves. To sum it up, one looks like it came from an artisan boutique and the other one looks like a clearance item. It is not worth my time to return the item. But it is not one of my best purchases.
