A very nice piece. It is an accurate replica of a Sperm Whale and it looks impressive. I pinned it onto my pink ball cap so I will have it with me when I go whale watching. I am reading and learning about whales in general and Sperm Whales in particular. The pin attaches by two pointed posts and pinch clasps. It stays in place and doesn't spin around. I like it a lot! I like the Pewter because it will last long and not bend or distort. I would not hesitate to purchase this or a similar item as a gift.

This is a surprisingly nice pin. It has great detail.

This pin is so pretty! It has two tie-tac fasteners, but I wish it had a pin fastener instead, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Tie-tacs are scratchy, especially with a shoulder harness seat belt, etc. I am keeping it though, because it is so sweet and I love beluga "whale" dolphins.
