Well the product was delivered broken the part where you clamp it to hold it together was broken. The mouth part of the clamp was pulled out and you kind of have to force it back behind the clamp itself. Then it got stuck on my neck when it was time to take it off at the end of the night because it shifted back after I had thought I forced it back in its right place.
