my wife purchased this bracelet back in october. She wore it once and it broke while on a trip in the midwest. she wanted to wait until we retrieved the broken pieces before submitting a return/claim, but it took too long (i.e. past the return window) so all we have is a broken bracelet. my suggestion, find a higher quality bracelet, and if you don't, definitely don't wait past the return window!!UPDATE 5/10/2024: the company contacted me after I wrote the above review. They graciously sent another bracelet to my wife to replace the broken bracelet. That's outstanding customer service. I increased the rating to 4 starts based on the excellent customer service. Once my wife wears the new bracelet to confirm if this bracelet is of better quality, I'll input another update.

The bracelet easily breaks.It hasn't been an hour since I was wearing the bracelet when it breaks.So I asked for a replacement, but the one that they sent me has a missing part.The top bracelet is the first one that I ordered, the bottom one is the replacement that they sent me.It is a nice looking bracelet, but it is not so sturdy at all.

I definitely recommend this item for any occasion looks so beautiful in person, this company has made it super easy for me to transition from silver/white gold to gold I love that it gives me the option to have all the colors in one (gold, rose gold, and silver) I am definitely a forever customer thank you.
