I bought this ring as a cute, everyday ring. It arrived quickly in cute packaging with care instructions to make it last. My ring had a slight bend upward at the overlapping but nothing crazy enough for me to fiddle with a return. I was still happy with the purchase- especially for the price! Honeycat reached out for feedback and i told them that i like the ring but it came with a slight bend that would catch on things when I wore it but told them that i was able to bend it down but it wasn't as smooth as if it was done by a professional (but still totally wearable). Without hesitation they contacted me and immediately asked to send me a new one free of charge thinking i got a defective one by mistake. They sent a new one out to me asap (as well as the cutest extra gift that was 100% not necessary) and made me feel so valued as a customer. I will 100% be going to them first for any other jewelry purchases in my future and love my new ring. :)
