This item was exactly as expected. The company that sent it was very wonderful, they included a personalized note along with a bit of something extra. I love that I have full control on the length. Some days I want to wear it shorter so it is around my neck, other days long and under my shirt at work, or long when I am out and about playing. Just all depends. So it as a great deal of flexibility and I have received several comments on it. So this is a necklace that gets noticed.
