nice pendant, certainly for the money. looks like the color of pewter with grey/black color offset. i did not use the chain that came with it but it seems sturdy enough.like a simulated leather? with a regular necklace clasp.it looked fine i wanted to put the pendant on a string of real leather i had. bird from top to bottom(like flying sideways in front of you) is about 2-1/2 inches, and 1 inch wide at widest point.

I loved this necklace. It is sturdy and despite the incredible low price, looks like one that could cost you $50.00! The detail that is carved into the Raven is just stunning. I bought it as a gift for my daughter's birthday and also got a second one for my best friend. They were enchanted by the design and significance that the necklace represented. I'm thinking about getting a third one for myself. There was no problem with delivery and with the quality of the necklace, I would not hesitate to buy from this vendor again. Especially because the quality was so impressive, I would trust to buy on short notice, not having to worry about returning it because it looked cheap. Definite thumbs up for this item!

A fairly hefty, beautifully carved raven (which are larger than crows), it is engraved with Norsemen symbols on one side and a realistic bird with feathers on the other side. It actually has an expression. People come up to me all the time asking about it. Comes on a lengthy black cord, easy clasp, hangs just right. I wear mine almost every day with silver accessories.

I couldn't be happier with this pendant! We're attending a Harry Potter exhibition and I wanted to create my own Ravenclaw themed necklace while also giving a nod to my Irish lineage.This piece looks beautiful and is well made from what I can tell so far. I highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing. I'll update this review if I have any issues with it or it rusts (I believe it should be rust-free?).
