I got this necklace for myself, but my 12 year old nephew loved it so much, i ended up giving it to him. We both have very sensitive skin, but this necklace hasnt irritated our skin or turned us green, despite a lot of sweat/heat/friction. Quite heavy, though!

Very nice looking and heavy chain and pendant. Details of the pendant and animal clasps are refined well done. The spring loaded ring to attach chain (at goat mouths) to pendant is a little weak, resulting in some wiggle and occasionally snagging. Never worn in the shower or directly exposed to water, but has not tarnished or discolored clothing or skin to date.Ultimately, a very nice necklace, except for the chain rings. Assembled from lesser quality rings that left metal burrs sporadically throughout. The result was irritated skin, even scratching my neck and fingers under movement and adjustment, leading to removal and temporary discontinued use. After many hours and days of utilizing a Dremel rotary tool and grinding tips to individually smooth the burrs, the necklace was wearable.Definitely a tough, solid, attractive necklace, but lack of quality on the chosen chain rings makes gifting this item not a very desirable thought.

It's not perfect, but it's fairly good quality, I'm happy with it, the Mjolnir looks great, and the goat heads look great too! The chain is beautiful, I love these round link style chains, not a fan of the bicycle chain style. One thing I don't like is that where the chain connects to the goat heads it's connected to it using part of the bicycle chain, and it's uneven, looks like it was originally a box style chain, and they cut it off and added the round link chain to it, but thats not a big deal to me, just bugs my OCD a little bit because it's uneven, I'll add a picture to show what I'm talking about. Other than that the only thing I can complain about is I wish the chain was longer, it's a 24inch chain, I personally prefer a 28inch or 30inch chain. But this is a beautiful piece, it's worth the price as far as I can tell, only time can tell. It also comes with a brown bag to store it in and also come with an extra pendant ring which is really nice.

Absolutely everything I wanted it to be! Buy with confidence; however, some of the less positive comments are true. Yes, the chain is a little scratchy, but according to the description it is hand made. Having made a few of this style chain myself, I wasn't surprised. Yes, the goat's mouths could have been a little wider to allow the ring to turn freely, but I assume these goats are Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr, course they are biting down on the ring. Champing at the bit, as it were. Despite these "flaws" this is the most awesome Mjolnir I have owned. I couldn't be happier.Hail, Thor!

I only have two problems with this necklace. The runes on the heads of the goats are not the same as the advertised picture. The second problem is that the rings are big and the get stuck in the mouth of the goats. I had it get stuck so bad that I had to break the ring and hit the stuck bit with a hammer to get it out. Luckly replacement rings are cheap and easy to find and come in multiple sizes. Beyond that very happy with it.

I bought this for the particular runes that were etched on the rams (thurisaz, th). Instead I get the Swolio runes, you know, the ones the Nazis liked to wear on their SS uniforms? Yeah that one. Then the chain. OMG the chain ripped my neck up so bad I thought I was having a reaction. Turns out the metal wasn't properly forged and had literal metal thorns coming off the rings. I eventually replaced the chain with an older, thicker chain I already had and fastened the rams to it. The Mjolnir is beautiful and well weighted. The rams are what I really wanted but the wrong runes really kick it in the teeth. Won't buy from this company again.

It looks absolutely awesome. I only have 2 small issues with it 1. The mouths of the goats that hold the ring that holds mjolnir are too small so it gets jumbled up and needs fixing a lot and 2. The chain has burrs all over it so it's really scratchy and itchy
