This is a very cute fun gift idea for an 8th grade graduate. Bracelets seem to be very in right now with the boys too, so thats a win as well. The saying is a little generic but I doubt most boys will take the time to sit and read the whole thing, so no big loss. I will say the bracelet seems a bit small, not necessarily the fit because it stretches but the width of it just seems almost "mini" like. However, I am a grown man so maybe compared to what I'm used to see, it appears small. For under $13, it's not a bad idea to toss into maybe a gift graduation basket or bag.
