The chain is thin enough to look elegant and elongate your neckline without feeling heavy, or taking over the whole piece.The pendant is beautiful, a little shiny but again, not enough to call too much attention. I love the symbolism of the compass rose for someone graduating.I haven't seen any green coloring around my neck or had allergic reactions. It's also very light so it's not uncomfortable.Finally, I believe the price is pretty reasonable. I love it.

This is a pretty necklace. I just hope that it is as advertised and it’s real solid filled gold. As of now, it’s very shiny, polished and sparkles. It comes in this cute little graduation cap shaped box with a tassel at the top & includes a little graduation gift bag that fits the box perfectly. I would highly recommend as a gift for any graduate and will keep you guys posted if there’s any discolorations/tarnishment.

The necklace displays the graduation year and an inspirational quote that make it not look like just a graduation necklace. It can be worn for years to come. The gold color was darker than I expected but that may be because it is 18kt.

it's ok if you wear it at night. not for daytime wear, looks really fake. which defeats the purpose of giving a graduation gift, you would want something that would last them, something they can show their someone later and say my mom got this for me on my graduation. this won't last a year, it will tarnish and it's really cheap looking.

This polished yellow gold filled over sterling silver necklace is really well done. I like that it is appropriate for graduation, but not limited to that only if the gift box was switched. The necklace comes in a little bag with a sentiment card, a polishing cloth, and a graduation hat shaped box with the year on the tassel. The chain is a standard link chain with a lobster clasp and adjustable length. The chain is marked 925, and I was unable to locate a mark (using a loupe) on the pendant so I'm not sure if that means these are gold filled to or electroplated. The pendant is a compass rose with the inscription "go in the direction of your dreams". It has small clear cz accents and a central four prong set round clear cz that is has really great color and dimension/sparkle. There is also solid pinch bail on the pendant. Overall, a really lovely necklace, well done craftsmanship, and a great gift for graduation, or other life events.
