I was in the hospital and nursing home for back surgery for a long time. I did not open your delivery until now. The music box is beautiful. The picture of the dolphins have outstanding realism and beauty. The problem: the music box does not play music; it is broken. You deliver defective merchandise. I paid so much money for a music box that does not play. I will never order another music box from Amazon again because Amazon delivers defective merchandise and cons a customer out of a lot of money.
