The prongs are smoothI have sensitive lobes and typically wear gold, steel, or titanium earrings. My earlobes did not have any issues during the first wear (14 hour day).Neutral:The jewel charm comes off of the hoop easily. This can be good (add the charm to something else) or bad (lose the charm)The stone is not particularly shinyCONSI am really grasping at straws with this one - there is a 'jingling' sound that I notice when wearing these earrings, due to the charm's contact with the hoop. Not a deal breaker!All-in-all, I like these a lot and would buy them in a different color.

Not heavy for the size, the weight of them feel expensive and back or stone is open as is with any expensive/gemstone so hits through it. Cheaper made ones will have closed back and light blocked out. They look stunning. Got for work to dress up a semi casual/professional look. Will likely buy a couple more colors

They have a nice metal weight, but are not so heavy they would hurt to wear long term.The gem can come off the hoop so you also have plain hoops. Two pairs for the price of one.I will be buying more!
