Catherine Popesco jewelry is now more cheaply made. I used to work at a boutique that carried this line and the jewelry was heavier and just beautiful, every piece. I have many pieces of her jewelry too. I’ve noticed the quality dropping over the last 10 years and now it’s flimsy and the clasps barely work even when brand new. So disappointed!
