I've been on the hunt for a pair of big and bold gold-tone earrings, and I am so thrilled that I stumbled upon these beauties! I specifically desired a pair with posts in the middle of the earrings rather than at the edge or tip. Earrings with edge posts always give the illusion of slipping off my earlobes, but not these!These earrings have posts right in the middle, and the flat back ensures the earrings sit flat against my earlobes, preventing any forward tipping. They are crafted from metal but surprisingly lightweight. They come with two sets of posts. Since I have the largest size, they still looked like they were tipping forward using their posts. I tried them on with some disc backs I had, and they turned out perfectly. The earrings now sit boldly and straight on my ears in all their gold glory!One tiny downside is that the gold tone appears a bit dull, possibly tarnished. A quick polish with my silver cleaning cloth, and they shine right up. I absolutely adore them!
