This is my first pair of earrings from Hey Harper and I'm pleased I requested them. The metal, plating, weight and size make these earrings a perfect choice for whatever mood you're feeling for the day. I have been trying to mix up my hoop earrings and these are spectacular addition. I love the size which makes them a statement piece but they are not over-the-top. I wore these with a casual short/tee outfit and then with a dressier outfit all in the day. The plating is a beautiful golden tone that looks real. The weight has heft but I had no discomfort wearing these for the day and my lobes didn't look weighed down.I have a little trouble opening these - the earring post is very very VERY securely fitted into the jewelry. I was mostly worried that I was going to break them if I pulled too hard. Eventually I did just that and yanked them open. It was a little easier to unclasp them out of my ear lobes but I decided I'm not closing them anymore when I store them. Thinking about getting the smaller version since I like these so much.

These are my new favorite earrings. They are very chic and have an elevated look to them. At first I thought they would hurt because they are heavier than the typical earrings I wear but they haven’t bothered me. The only thing I would complain about is they are a little thick and hard to get in my ears but totally worth the minute it takes to get them on!

I wore these earrings all day yesterday, running errands & working in yard. First thing, I love the snap closure. There's a hinge on bottom of earring that folds out the back side, which when pushed closed covers the back of the post. Very secure closure. Will buy more with this type of closure. Have a great "gold" look, not fake looking plating. Only issue I have with these is they are heavy earring & will place some pulling force on your earlobes. So if you are older, & earlobes are already sagging, these may make it worse. But to wear occasionally for few hours, they would be fine. Closure feels very well made & long lasting. As for coloring, discoloration of plating, sweatproof-ness, waterproof-ness, I will have to update after wearing in heat/humidity...may wear in pool/shower, but will probably try not to even though description says they are waterproof. Definitely recommend for looks and secure closure.

Unique yet minimal statement hoop, perfect for someone looking to dress up their earring wardrobe with a versatile piece. I think the size & shape are perfect, with the water resistance giving them extra flexibility. That being said, they're very heavy - depending on how sensitive your lobes are that may be a deal breaker. For the price point I wasn't too impressed with the quality. One of the hoops has a loose clasp, while both have uneven finish on the interior which is visible while wearing, if not incredibly noticeable.

These are fantastic earrings! They are really well made. The only issue with these earrings is that they are very, very heavy. If you can tolerate it, that is fantastic. They really are very well made.

Let's just begin with how pretty these earrings are. They're the 2nd cousin to the hoop! They have a bit of weight to them but they're comfortable to wear. I didn't have issue with ear sensitivity after wearing a full day. I received several compliments on them also. The fact that they're water/sweat proof is a no brainer for me. I plan on making these a staple this summer so we shall see. If I find that my story has changed, I'll come back and update this. I'm happy with my selection.

I had been looking for gold earrings that were large but not long and dangly. Something between my Hollywood-style hoops (cf. Sophia Loren in the 1950s) and my teeny huggy-sleepers. These earrings are exactly what I wanted. They are secure, lightweight, and hang down just enough to make a statement but not so much that they will get caught on collars or car seatbelts. Absolutely perfect!

Received the earrings earlier. Despite being expensive, the packaging is very simple. I have ordered earrings < $50 and those come with very nice packaging, which can be gifted too, due to the box.The fit is good though but as you can see in the pic, these are not plated well showing off the steel color, which definitely is a big letdown for the price range.
