Review update: I’ve been hit with many targeted ads from this brand and finally decided to give it a try with this cute set. I ordered two sets of this necklace, both which arrived broken. The Hey Harper team followed up with me and sent replacement necklaces, which arrived in much better condition. I felt their customer service was excellent for a growing brand.What keeps this from a 5 star review is still value. Necklaces of this cost I expect to not cut any corners. While the necklace is pretty, they use the spring ring clasp rather than a lobster clasp. This minor detail suggests to me they are cutting some corners in quality.

Herringbone necklace is in good condition and looks nice. The other necklace is broken into two segments with pieces falling off of it. Very disappointed with this!

The necklaces are both well made and look nice. There are a few issues though, which include the length is not particularly specified and there is no markings for metal content. The issue I found with 15.7" length is that since I have a rather large neck, the two necklaces at the lower adjustments are literally just chokers for me, at the longest adjustments on each they are just past a t-shirts stitch line. I wish the necklaces were slightly longer or had more room for adjustments to accommodate a larger neck. The next issue is that according to the listing and brand the necklaces are made of stainless steel and then have a specific process of coating with 14K gold called PVD coating, which is supposed to be more durable then regular gold plating. Anyways there is absolutely no markings on the necklaces to indicate any type of metal, the only difference between an unidentifiable necklace chain and the from first glance is brand tag on each necklace chain.Overall I would say the necklaces are well made, but I believe they would benefit from a few changes. One of the changes is adding metal markings and the other is possibly incorporating the brand name into a logo that is pressed into the chain instead of the dangly bit at the end of each necklace chain. In the photos I had the pieces at the very longest lengths to show maximum effect.

These are pretty layered necklaces. They came packaged well in seperate bags to prevent any tangling. They state they are gold plated and waterproof but it's not marked anywhere on the necklaces. I gave it 4stars for this reason. also if you have a larger neck these don't lay properly or fit like chokers and you really can't layer them. As far as the price point,seems a little high for not truly being gold plated.

This set is the same great quality that I have come to expect from the brand.Hey Harper markets their jewelry as "the original waterproof jewelry brand". This is a big selling point for me. These necklaces are "made of stainless steel with a 14k golden color PVD coating". I'm a very active and outdoorsy person and I don't have to worry about taking these necklaces off for sweaty gym sessions or hikes.These necklaces come beautifully packaged in a swirly colorful box and individually enveloped in two velvety fuschia pouches. The thoughtful presentation makes this necklace set ideal for gift giving.I typically choose silver as it looks more harmonious than yellow gold with my cool-toned very fair complexion. But, I decided to give these a try to switch it up a bit. These have a wonderful high shine finish. They are beautiful and well represented in the description photos.These necklaces have a very minimalist look with classic details that can be dressed up or down. Both necklaces can be adjusted to varying lengths which adds functionality and makes them look beautiful layered with each other.I'm really happy with this set of necklaces from Hey Harper and highly recommend them if you're looking for great everyday jewelry that you don't need to worry about babying.
