I was surprised at how good both ankle bracelets looked -- considering the price, I thought they might have a "cheap" look. They're easy to get on and off (I take them off before showering, just to be on the safe side) and the extra chain is plenty long.

Nice, robust anklets - I expected dainty and cheap, but these are substantial, and seemingly well-made. The finish is bright and clear, the chains seem strong and durable, and the extenders should mean that they'll fit almost anyone. My 12yo was confused - said they were too big - she thought that they were bracelets, and apparently had never heard of an anklet? Once corrected, though, she was very happy with them.I promise, the picture of her wearing the herringbone chain is of her ankle, not her elbow … the kid just has weird looking ankles.

I've kept these anklets on now for a few days just to see how they'd react to my sensitive skin and I must say that it hasn't been the worse. I truly have seen worse and for these I had a little bit of an irritation but nothing that changed the texture or appearance of my skin and there have been no color changes on the bracelets themselves so that's a plus. I haven't tested them out in water as yet to see how "waterproof" they are but my guess is that they can take a little water splatter here and there. Plus with the price of getting two pretty thick anklets that could pass for gold (from afar) I'd say these are a good costume jewelry piece to add to the collection.Oh, and I'm big on presentations and I like how these anklets were packaged so if you were to get these as a gift for someone the packaging alone would be presentable.
