These North Star Dangle huggie hooped earrings are so sweet and elegant looking. The gold is pretty and elevates the look. Perfect sized circular charm with a single blue stone sapphire colored in the center. Lots of movement to catch the light. Openings in the back to allow for the light to go through. Comfortable to wear as they are nice Huggies. Very pretty and very impressed. The style is beautiful and the quality is done well. Not heavy light and airy with fun movement which is nice.

If it is not real gold, diamonds, or the like, my ears begin turning red within an hour or two.I usually dip the post in hydrocortisone cream before putting it through my earlobe. I seem to be able to wear the cheap earrings longer if I do so. However, I wanted to test these earrings without dipping them in the cream to see the results. I put them on, crossed my fingers, and went to work. My earlobes began to hurt about seven hours later. I immediately took the earrings out. The next day, I dipped the posts in hydrocortisone cream, put them on, and went to work. Again, my earlobes began to hurt, but not until I had worn them over nine hours.Needless to say, I was pleased. They look very festive, but can be worn any time of year. The hoop goes through your earlobe. No "push lock" on the back to get caught in your hair. The bows dangle just below the earlobes. These earrings are eye catchers! I have gotten so many compliments on them. The earrings are small, but with their unique shape and style, they really catch your attention. They are well made, with good quality materials. I gave these a 5star rating, but my only concern is when you fasten the clasp, you don't hear the click or snap sound when you secure the earring. But I haven't had any problems.

I have a hard time believing that these thick hoops would fit a small child's piercing hole. The post where the earring goes in is way too thick.I have not yet been able to even get it into my ear.... and I'm an adult. It's too bad because they are very cute.
