My daughter loves dragons. To the point where she constantly proclaims that she is one. She is 4 now so we indulge her. We bought this for her a couple months ago and she nearly cried from delight. She wears it all the time and is very sturdy… she wrestles the dogs and it has not broken. And before you think they are small dogs one is a Cane Corso. He is a good dog and allows her to manhandle him. The other is an amalgam of a Pitbull and something small like a chihuahua. He gets into the playtime and the have lots of fun together. And through all this roughhousing the necklace has not broken and it looks great. She his very rough on her toys and other things she owns and if it does break in the future it is not because of poor quality it is because anything subjected to that much abuse will not last forever.Would I buy it again? Absolutely yes.

The downside: for adults the chain may be too short - this can easily be fixed by adding a low-cost chain segment, but something to keep in mind. But for kids it fits better. (I'm not removing a star for this - while I wish it had a longer chain, the quality for the price also factors in, and it is both simple and cheap to extend or replace the chain if anyone needs to do this.)For the necklace, it looks great, and sparkles nicely in different lighting conditions. The product photos accurately portray what it looks like - and I appreciate that the dragon pendant has measurements listed so you can double check the pendant size before ordering the size, since zooming in on photos can make it harder to get an idea of the size in-personThe box it ships with is nothing fancy, just a blue cardboard box with some thin foam inside. It looks nice, and does works whether for storage for yourself or as a gift. Also, the product sticker with the barcode was on the back of the box -- but it peeled off much more easily than I expected (it easily came off all at once, and with no tearing), so there was zero residue or damage to the box after removing the warehouse barcode.Overall, I'm happy with this necklace - it looks great, and the price is very reasonable.
