My young teen daughter picked this out ring necklace combo after looking at it and others for a few days.When it arrived, she commented that she especially liked how thick and bright the gold chain is and the deep color of the stone on the ring (she ordered “September” color). They really "pop" and it has a "vibe" (I think were her words).However, the necklace chain though adjustable by about 2 inches, was still too long for her taste. She’s does wear the ring from time to time though.Compared to her other necklaces, the chain appears much higher quality and is about twice as thick. We didn’t expect it to look and feel as high quality as it is. We both we’re like… wow, this is a really nice chain.The ring necklace matches the description, met her quality expectations so it doesn’t seem right to knock any stars off for length.Take a look at the pic with the ruler to make sure the chain is the right length for you though. The first surprise I had with this necklace is how small the ring pendant is. It’s too small to wear on my fingers, and I think it’s too small for any adult fingers. However, the quality of the chain and the pretty stone in the ring make up for the somewhat miniature size of the ring. The chain is a very pretty gold, with some shine and texture that’s appealing. Also, there is no irritation on my neck from the chain or from the links sitting on the back of the neck. Too many necklaces feel scratchy, but this one feels very smooth and comfortable to wear. In person, the width of the necklace appears smaller and more nicely feminine than the product photos in Amazon. However, the length fits me perfectly, and I’m really happy that the chain so far has been sturdy. The chain shows up beautifully when I wear it; it hits the sweet spot of not too minimal and fragile, but also not too chunky or thick. The ring hanging on the chain does look ok, and the red stone is pretty. The only thing I would improve is to not have the ring miniaturized or baby sized. All in all, I like it a lot, and recommend as long as you know you won’t be able to wear the ring on your fingers.

I love that this necklace has a good length to it. Recently I find most necklaces shorter and didn't have the option to wear them lower. I love the cute little ring birthstone as pendant. It can be remove to wear the necklace independently or add another charm of your liking.The gold color and quality of this necklace is great. It is not your cheap lightweight necklace.

The ring is small like a baby diamond ring and the necklace is a perfect length that is adjustable, it’s also very comfortable and I love every little detail of it.
