. . . but only time will tell. Overall, I am impressed with this necklace. At only $12.99 (3/18/2024), I was quite pleasantly surprised! It arrived in nice packaging and is a nice size. The necklace has the ability to be worn at different lengths as it has multiple loops to secure it, so it's adjustable to a point, which is nice.I wasn't expecting a lot for $12.99, so this was just a nice surprise. I don't expect this to last a lifetime, but I will try to update my review if this tarnishes quickly or turns my skin green! I have sensitive skin and can get allergic reactions from certain metals, so I will update if anything happens in that regard, as well. So far, so good. I have been wearing it for only about 12 hours though, which is not a great deal of time.I will be taking this with me and wearing it periodically on an upcoming Caribbean cruise, so it WILL be subjected to suntan lotion, sweat, heat, and saltwater! I will update to let you know how well it survives such harsh conditions. For now, it gets 5 stars . . . stay tuned . . . .UPDATE: I wore this on a long vacation to the Caribbean, where I snorkeled THREE times in the Caribbean Sea, Not only was this exposed to saltwater, but also sweat and suntan lotion and it still looks as good as the day I got it! Also, a jeweler saw this around my neck and complimented my necklace . . . apparently he thought it was real! My 5-star review now gets a 5+ review!
