Like many here mine arrived in a shrink wrapped plastic wrap but it had obviously leaked during transport. It also did not come with a buffing clothe referenced in the instructions. It did an ok job of gently cleaning some of my jewellery, did not damage anything, but also was not strong enough to get off truly stubborn dirt from some neglected pieces. I think this would be more fairly priced at $5, so def wait for it to go on sale because it's not worth what they are charging.

This works nicely to clean off your jewelry however you need a polishing cloth to get that tarnish removed. The first pic shows pre-soaking, then the second shows after the soak. It’s clean but little difference. The last photo was after a quick wipe of a polishing cloth. I gave it 4 stars cause they should recommend a polishing cloth to get the job done correctly. But I felt the price is fair for this product. I saw some people complained about the cleaner leaking, well unfortunately it’s being shipped and who knows what goes one with these boxes. I’m sure mine leaked some as well but it was so minimal I did not even notice.

It’s a waste of money. It says that it cleans silver and gold, but it didn’t do a thing to my silver jewelry. I followed the directions, I soaked my silver rings for two minutes but nothing happened. I left them for 10min, 30 min, even overnight, but it didn’t clean them at all. On the contrary, this product made my rings worst by changing the color to yellow- reddish and sadly, it made my earrings darker. Very disappointing indeed.

Even vintage (real) jewelry came alive again with a dip, a swish with a cotton swab and a rinse in cool water. There's a soft brush that did a great job with a filigree piece.

It made an old silver spoon we have had for 45 years that was black with tarnish look brand new! It took a bit of rubbing but i was very impressed. I would recommend it. I tried to put a photo up but couldn't get the app to allow it.
