The clasp on this brooch broke the first time I opened it. When I tried to return it I had to print out a label and send it back.The return process is easy for everything I purchase from Amazon. Just scan the QR code.For such a small item, the company should just replace it.Don’t buy this. It’s a piece of junk and hard to return.
