I wanted to do a Cleopatra costume and wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for in the headpieces here. Then I saw this cobra wrap. As you can see I knotted it so the cobra part stands up and then used some metallic jewelry wrap wire I had to secure it in place. I had blue, gold wire would have looked better but this will do fine. I'm going to use large bobby pins to secure it in place with the black wig I have. Hope this helps you too if you are looking for options for costume as well.

Gave this as a Christmas gift by the 28th it was in pieces. The concept is good, execution and construction is very poor. The piece is held together by a cheap piece of cord that shreds in a quick amount of time because of the small metal pieces of the snake rubbing against it with every movement of the snake. If you are planning on positioning this snake and never moving it again, you could probably take your chances. Otherwise, do not waste your time and money. All other versions sold by other purveyors seem to also suffer form the same ailment.

Poor quality.Tail piece broke off first time worn, no big deal I was going to super glue it back in but when I picked it up out of my bag to fix the string broke in half. Now past the return window.
