UPDATE: The seller saw my previous review and contacted me. They are going to provide a refund for the necklace. They have also provided information for necklace (same pendant but with a lobster clasp) that I fully intend to order. They reached out and made it right.My husband bought this for my birthday three weeks ago. I really adored it. It had an unusual clasp that I'd not seen before; looks like a W and you hook the chain in it. Even though the outsides were close, it does not provide a completely closed clasp. I'm saddened to say that I was wearing the other day and when I got home, it was no longer on. It makes me very sad to have lost it.

They are working with me. Make sure you contact customer service with any issues. They are prompt and offer suggestions on how they can resolve all issues. (Previous review) issue taken care of. The clasp for the necklace is fused together. Not able to put it on.

I was hoping this was good quality, WOW was I wrong, cheap dime store quality, Temu probably has better quality. 69 bucks for this crap, not worth 3 bucks, did not come from Amazon. JUNK JUNK JUNK. I will be sending it back and probably get a run around and be stuck with this crap.
