This necklace is pretty! I did get my birthstone, which for April is a diamond. I was a little disappointed that the big CZ stone is cloudy. The small stones look okay, just the big main birthstone is hazy. Maybe the other months look great, but I don't think mine looks as good as it could if the CZ stone was better quality. I have a lot of jewelry with CZ stones, and all of them but two items look better than this stone. Other than that, the quality seems excellent. I like the chain, especially the lobster claw clasp. It does appear to be sterling silver. The heart and rose looks very good. The necklace arrived in a pink jewelry bag, which I didn't care about but isn't the greatest for gifting purposes. I gave my daughters birthstone necklaces for Valentine's Day, they were cheaper than this one and came in a nice box too. Overall, I wish I had just gotten something else. I will probably not wear it much, since the stone isn't sparkly. Maybe I just received a defective one, though. In conclusion, if you don't care about a box and are getting any month other than April, you will probably be happy with this necklace.

This is by far one of the prettiest necklace I have ever given to my wife. The others were nice but this one is above and beyond. The fact is has here birthstone is a plus above the plus. She even wears it by itself she says cause it makes the others seem cheap. Nothing but complement are being said from her friends. This necklace really tops the cake.

I like the stone and the necklace. It’s very pretty and you can easily wear it with any outfit. It has a nice quality look and I have only worn it once so I’m not sure if it will turn or not. It’s definitely one of my favorite gifts.

Honestly, for the asking price; I expected a little more class... at the very least, a presentation box and polishing cloth. All other comparable birthstone necklaces include these things. The CZ crystals are of good quality and are properly set. I'm rating this at 3 stars for the lack of thought, given to presentation; which matters if you are giving this as a gift.
