First the pendant has a very nice sparkle that will capture people eyes, even when on looks got closer to the pendant there where very little distortion, meaning time was taken to ensure all the setting was nicely placed in the cluster. Also the chain gold plating was smooth and did not scratched or irritating my daughter skin ever when wearing this necklace for hours. For the price you can not go wrong.

The packaging was thoughtful--the necklace and pendant were in two separate baggies so it didn't get tangled. The outer stones are pretty and look like diamonds. The inner stone isn't as diamond-like but tv-he piece on the whole is pretty and elegant. I would feel comfortable giving this as a gift. The necklace is a perfect length to wear with a v-neck or a crew neck.
