Beautiful item, as described. When I first opened it I was disappointed at the foggy look the acrylic slab had. Luckily the bad said "remove film on both sides" and though it was reaaaally stuck on there, it came off and it was perfect.

This is a beautiful peice of wood with a sturdy peice of inset acrylic. I have used this for jewelry photos to sell my jewelry online and it performs beautifully in the photos. The clear acrylic allows to see the sides and back very clearly. The wood of course is just a nice texture and color to add to any photo to increase the quality of the composition.

(Editing my review- just realized there’s a plastic film that’s causing it to be foggy. Sorry, should’ve known!! In that case, product is perfect)The wooden stand is good but I was looking forward to the clear acrylic part that was pictured, but mine was foggy and had minor imperfections that don’t photograph very well for my jewelry site.

Bought this for my father to take pictures for the earrings he makes, however he uses the hook style earrings and they arent able to fit into the holes. We are keeping it for future pairs he might make with a regular earring back. We also might try to make the holes bigger to fit the earrings in. Would give 5 stars if it fit, which is why I gave 4 stars.

This product was as shown in photo. Put the acrylic in warm water (not hot!) for twenty minutes and the protective film should peel off easier. To seller: Please include instructions! See pictures.
