These are small. I wear them in a second hole (double pierced ears), and they are perfect for that. I like that it is real white Topaz instead of cubic zirconia. I appreciate that they are 14k gold. I wear them several times a week. I love clear quartz and white Topaz and have a lot of pieces of jewelry with these stones. These are a perfect compliment when I wear my other pieces.
