I hope the chain stays sturdy and fit for daily wear as its delicate but it looks beautiful and goes well with the amethyst stone , only enhacing the look an feel, if the chain would have been chunkier the stone pendant wouldn't look elegant.

Beautiful amethyst stone encased in 14K gold. Appears like pictured. The stone was larger than expected. Love the stone pendent. The chain is also 14K fine gold, very refined small link and thin thus the clasp is also small and was difficult to use. I will use another chain with this pendent instead. So buy for the stone not the chain.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the stone. I was expecting something much larger, I guess. The cut is okay and reflect light well.The chain is entirely too fine; it would break on the easiest tug, so I ordered a heavier one which really made this necklace more expensive than I wanted to spend.I would still like to find an Amethyst about twice this size.
