This is one of the most comfortable and easy to use cartilage earrings I have. I've worn it several times, and it feels sturdy. One of the nicest things about it is that the ball for securing the earring works very well. It's large enough to be able to hold and attach easily, and i think it's threaded nicely: it feels secure and it's easy to get the screw started. I really enjoy this earring.

I bought three of these earrings and two of them had the ball fall off. The one that stayed on looks like it had a a slightly different ball than the others so I’m not sure if they got a different lot in or what.

I thought I had an infection in my cartilage within a day of having it put it. After two days I couldn’t take the pain and had to have the piercer remove it. I’ve hadnpiercings for over 20 years and never had problems until this product. Horrible.
