I got this for my daith. It's cheap. Not even sure If its metal, but the opal is cute. Some of the coating did wear off. It lasted maybe 3 months. I didn't think to take it out to clean it and it was caked with wax. I know, very gross. I've never worn an intricate design like this in my daith. I clean my ears every day too. While I was trying to clean all the crevices with a qtip the diamond fell out. I couldn't get it completely clean, so I just pitched it. I also would not wear this in my septum, its very big.

It’s beautiful and the jewel is perfectly center I like others I have bought. It is large and can get uncomfy at times but I love loud and obnoxious jewelry!

The piece itself is gorgeous, has a good weight, doesnt feel cheap. HOWEVER, when it’s actually in the septum piercing, it is GIGANTIC on the face. It’s pretty, just wayyyy too big to be facial jewelry.

Do not buy this product! its made of copper and after a while it will turn your septum green and irritate it. Go spend the extra bucks on something real metal. Yes its very nice but not worth the money

I usually don’t have a problem with standard septum sizes but this was much too wide and wouldn’t stay straight due to how large it was , and mind you , I have a larger nose. I would go with something smaller.
