Sometimes silver can be plated with a clear liquid, called e-coat, that allows the silver metal color to show but seals it off from oxidation. Sterling silver is an alternative for a precious white metal, and allows you to get the same look.

This necklace is attractive and can fit through the link on charms, wicgbibplan to wear on it as pendants. The catch is somewhat difficult to use, as the piece to pull back is very small. The opening in the catch is also small. I’d have happily paid a bit more for an easier to use catch.

This thin silver chain with the rhodium coating is exactly what I needed to replace a broken chain for a small pendant. The broken chain was sterling silver and lasted 10 or 12 years but I was always needing to get rid of the tarnish so I'm hoping that this chain won't tarnish. I bought the 26" long chain as I like just dropping it over my head without fiddling with the clasp. However, the 24" long would have worked as well.

I had purchased a chain locally and within 3 weeks it turned orange. I wear this chain with 3 rings that represent my children and I never take it off so it has to be able to go in the shower. This chain has worn very well and i love the look of it.
