I purchased this item for a tragus piercing. I just loved the sparkle of the item. However, it proved very uncomfortable after a few days and it was a nightmare whenever I held up my phone to talk. I wanted to keep it and thought I'd use it for my forward helix, but alas, it was just too big and caused the same problems that it did in the tragus. Alas, I had to send this pretty gem back.
