I have sensitivities to some metals, and these have not caused any irritation or redness. These are pretty short, so those with piercings through thicker skin areas may find these too short. The gems stay in place, and the internal threading is perfect for lip piercings.

I was so excited to get these only to be able to wear if for and hour and the back round piece snapped in my mouth when I accidentally bit it. It snapped clean off and the piercing fell out. I almost swallowed the round piece. They are really cute though and I like how they came with different length bars.

These are so nice! I love that I've got a bit of variety! All to often I lose nose rings, but these have the twisted and bent backing.... insuring they'll stay right in place! And I'm real glad I tried the hoops, because they too look phenomenal! All pieces are well made and very important CLEAN!

Y5y5f555I ordered this product to be worn in a lip piercing, or labret. However, when they arrived, I was surprised to see that these bars are so incredibly tiny. Not that I expected anything huge, not as long or as big as what a tongue or belly button bar would be. But, still long enough to go completely through the lip. And actually, I won't say that these wouldn't work at all for lips, because they may be good for someone with tiny or thin lips. If you have full lips though, I imagine these tiny bars would pretty well disappear. I do take responsibility for this issue though, because the dimensions were listed on the product information. I'm just fairly new at this, and I'm still learning what sizes I need, and what the sizing actually means.The stud diamonds that come with the bars are also tiny. I was aware of the listed sizes too, but didn't know just how tiny. All three of the different sized diamonds are smaller than the average ear ring back. Great for little girls, for nose rings, eye brow piercing, etc. In a full lip though, I just imagine it sinking into my lip and getting stuck or completely disappearing. Other than the size (length) of the bars and studs, they are really pretty, sparkly, and seem to be well made. There is definitely a target customer base, I'm just not one of them.

These studs are awesome for my nose piercing. I got the 18G with 4 different studs and 6 differently sized pieces of zirconia. For my nostril piercing I pretty much need only one length for the stud but I don't mind to have a backup or use it for my ear piercings.The 6 pieces of zirconia are nice and sparkly but I have no clue how anyone could handle the two smaller (especially the smallest) pieces. I can't even pick it up with my fingers let alone screw it into the thread.I wish that the set would come with a taper needle as I was not able to put the jewelry in myself without it.Overall, I am happy with this set.
