They look like expensive huggie 18k gold earrings. The post is a little small so if you have chubby lobes they may not work for you. I believe they are genuine titanium because my ears are not irritated.Ordering a second pair as a gift for a friend.

I am very sensitive to all metals except titanium. I only had these hoops on for 2 minutes and my ear lobes immediately swelled and started to itch. It took 4 days for my lobes to calm down. Returned items.

These are just right, metal is great on my skin and the clasps hold securely so I can sleep in them. Might get another pair at 10mm instead of 12mm to hug my lobe a little.
